"O' Xmas Tree" Pendant & Ornament - Easy Wire Work

In this video I show you how to create a fabulous wire work Christmas tree pendant and/or ornament. If you watched my earrings video then you are on your way to making these fun and unique pieces for great gifts. This is very easy but uses a heavier gauge wire and takes some hand strength.

NOTE: When my hands are out of view, you are not missing anything, just me getting it closer so I can accomplish what I've shown you.

Tools and Materials:

Here's what you will need:
Pendant: 18"-24" of 16-14 gauge soft wire (I used copper)
Ornament: 30"-34" of 14-12 gauge soft wire
Flat nose pliers
Round nose pliers
Full flush cutters
Fine Sharpie Marker
Fine point pen and paper
Rawhide mallet
Chasing hammer
Steel bench block
Optional:
Liver of sulfur (check out my video to learn how to patina) http://youtu.be/JkPL95ivQaE
0000 steel wool
Wax polish or metal sealer
