Most court systems now require that parties to a lawsuit try to come to a settlement prior to trial in a process known as mediation, but how exactly does the process work and how does it differ from arbitration? On this edition of Lawyers on the Line moderator Paula Polasky a lawyer at Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer is joined by panelists Robert Magie of the Robert Magie Law Firm and Steve Reyelts of the Reyelts Law Firm to answer viewer questions about these alternative dispute resolution processes.
