The Comet Feather is a Crafting Material found in Final Fantasy XVI. You need it in order to craft the Ouroboros belt, which is the best belt in the game.

You can find the Comet Feather by defeating the notorious mark, Dread Comet. This enemy can be found in Dhalmekia at the Jaw Obelisk. Simply defeat him and you will get the Comet Feather as a reward.

Please be careful not to sell this! It's the only one per playthrough and you will not be able to craft Ouroboros if you do.
