Education Minister ‘implicitly greenlit’ hate speech on university campuses
Shadow Education Minister Sarah Henderson has slammed Education Minister Jason Clare as “weak and frankly pathetic” for greenlighting hate speech on university campuses.
The Coalition wants to establish a Senate inquiry into anti-Semitism on university campuses as students ramp up pro-Palestine protests around the nation.
“He has really got to step up, the government has got to step up” Ms Henderson said.
“That’s why I’m hoping we will get bipartisanship.
“And in fact, support from all senators right across the parliament.”
