2007 International CF500 with VT275/4.5L powerstroke after gasket replacement.

After replacing the gasket between Upper and lower Oil filter housings truck does appear to idle better. Does have an issue of not wanting to run after the engine warms to 160deg. Will be replacing fuel pump and ICP in next video. One repair at a time until she see's the road again. After it sitting for eight years progress is being made. Many parts from the 6.0L PS are direct fits for this 4.5L PS.
