So I wanted to do a big video with the hannigram relationship, but it turned to be too big, so I made it in 4 parts. Also, it's a bit au because I just focused on their relationship, there's almost nothing envolving the FBI and the Chesapeake Ripper, or Will in jail and all the other things, so basically the storyline is: Jack needs Hannibal to say that Will is fine to go back to the field, so Hannibal and Will meet, and start being on sessions and working together on the FBI and then they fall in love and let's see how it goes.
If you want a better explained storyline, here it goes:
Jack go to Hannibal's office asking for a psychological profile of Will. Hannibal then goes to the FBI and meet Will for the very first time. Will gets angry because he's been and Hannibal feels curious about Wil. Then we see what happened on the first episode of season one. Hannibal start helping Will on the FBI and having sessions with him. As the time passes, their relationship starts to grow. Will find himself dreaming with Hannibal.
When his mind gets confused, he goes to Hannibal because he's the only one Will can trust, and Hannibal makes sure that Will knows they're friends. Meanwhile, Bedelia tells Hannibal that he is completely obsessed with Will. He at first doesn't belive in it until he realizes that he is in love with him when he thinks Will was killed.
One day, when Will is feeling sick, he goes for Hannibal hallucinating of fever. Hannibal takes him to the hospital and stay there to take care of Will. On another moment when Will gets hurt, he goes to Hannibal's house where the doctor takes care of him. Exhausted, Will sleeps in Hannibal's house.
Back on work, is getting harder and harder for Will to deny his feelings, and at one moment when Hannibal comes too close, Will loses his mind and kiss him. What he did is haunting him, and he can't no longer deny what's inside of him. So he goes to Hannibal's office, intending to expose his feelings. What will happen? See on the next part!

Will: Whose profile are you working on? Who's profile are he working on?

Hannibal: God forbid we become friendly
Will: I don't find you that interesting
Hannibal: You will.
Will: How do you see me?
Hannibal: The mongoose I want under the house when the snakes slither by.
Hannibal: No forts in the bone arena of your skull for things you love.
Hannibal: Do you ever feel abandoned, Will?
Will: Abandon requires expectation.
Hannibal: Never apologize for coming to me. Office's hours are for patients, my kitchen is always open to friends.
Hannibal: Will? I wasn't expecting you.
Hannibal: I feel protective of you.
Hannibal: I'm your friend, Will, I don't care about the lifes you save, I care about your life.
Bedelia: You are obsessed with Will Graham.
Will: Did you just smelled me?
Hannibal: Difficult to avoid.
Hannibal: I'm intrigued.
Bedelia: Obsessively.
Hannibal: I was worried you were dead.
Hannibal: Are you sure you can't stay?
Will: I don't think I would be good company.
Hannibal: I disagree.
Will: I have to go. I have a date with the Chesapeake Ripper.
Hannibal: You have an admiror.
Will: It's our song.
Will: Please don't lie to me!
Will: I feel like I've dragged you into my world.
Hannibal: I got here on my own. But I appreciate the company.
Will: You've made me chicken soup.
Hannibal: Will?
Will: Come in. I promise I won't try to kiss you again.
Hannibal: Hello, Will.
Will: May I come in?
