The Addiscombe Railway

A look at the route from New Beckenham to Addiscombe, built by the Mid-Kent and North Kent Junction Railway in an attempt to get to Croydon. That never happened but most of the route is still in use. From New Beckenham to Elmers End is used by service on the Hayes branch. From Elmers End to Woodside is now part of the Tramlink network. The final section to Addiscombe is now a linear park and housing. Addiscombe station no longer exists.
