Song of Flame Is Getting BUFFED In Act 2!

Act 2 of echoes launches this tuesday. With this update we are seeing some changes that WILL be buffing song of flame among other sources of ingitions. So today we're looking at the numbers, old artifact mods and figuring out how big of a change all of this will be.
