Smart Temprature & Humidity Monitoring System Using Arduino Uno and DHT11 Sensor | #smartroomproject
In this video, I have created a Room Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System using Arduino Uno and the DHT11 sensor. This project helps us to monitor real-time temperature and humidity levels of a room in an easy and cost-effective way.
The DHT11 sensor reads the surrounding temperature and humidity data and sends it to the Arduino Uno. The Arduino processes the data and displays the output on the Serial Monitor (or LCD display, if used).
This project is very useful for beginners who are learning Arduino and want to understand how environmental monitoring systems work. It can be further upgraded into a smart home automation or IoT-based monitoring system.
🔹 Components Used:
Arduino Uno
DHT11 Temperature & Humidity Sensor
Jumper Wires
Breadboard
USB Cable
(Optional) 16x2 LCD Display
🔹 Working Principle:
The DHT11 sensor continuously senses temperature and humidity from the environment. Arduino reads this data using the DHT library and displays the values in degrees Celsius and percentage (%). This system can be used in homes, offices, labs, and small industries for environmental monitoring.
