Supplies needed:

A tumbler of your size choice
Spray paint of your color choice
Clear Sealer:
(I use rust-oleum 2x ultra clear GLOSS sealer @ walmart)
Spray glitter if you want

waterslide decal paper (they offer inkjet and laser printer waterslide) make sure you buy the correct kind. I use inkjet waterslide paper from blinggasm.com

Spray pain your cup (let dry) add coat of sealer and let it DRY ALL THE WAY.

Now do the waterslide decal following the video tutorial.

Add the waterslide decal to the tumbler following the instruction that came with the waterslide. Make sure to get all the water off the decal and cup, let dry for about an hour and do 2 coats of sealer. (let sealer dry in-between coats) You can epoxy the cup after that if you choose.
