As a child Tia would imitate characters she would see on screen, or she would create a whole fantasy world in her head and play along. By 17, she realized that she needed to push for her dreams and turn it into a reality. Her family soon became supportive and from that point on, her journey began. Canadian YouTuber who has found an audience online through a diverse array of content, including stories, sketches, pranks and challenges. So far, her channel has attracted a subscriber base totaling more than 180,000. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
