How to make the ULTIMATE NYC COOKIES! (Levain bakery inspired)

I tried recreating the famous Levain Bakery cookies and OH EM GEE were they worth it!!! Full of gooey, chunky goodness they are literally a taste explosion in your mouth and actually not that difficult to make. Watch my video for a step by step tutorial on how to make bring a taste of NYC to your kitchen.

📝 INGREDIENTS (makes 5 cookies):
Unsalted butter (cold) - 120g
Brown sugar - 100g
Granulated white sugar - 60g
1 large egg
Plain flour - 200g
Cornflour - 30g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Bicarbonate of Soda - 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips/chunks - 160g
Pecans (or walnuts if you prefer) - 100g
