National Geographic: Emperors of Ice - Credits Music

When I was a kid, my dad showed me some National Geographic DVDs and turned one of them on for me. Back then, I used to be a sweet child who was less addicted to the internet compared to adult me.
So, this music was heard at the end of the NG documentary - Emperors of Ice. I am not sure what the original name of the song is, but sooner or later, I'll find out.
