HEY TEAM!

Welcome back to part 2 of our short series on basic strikes. In response to some comments asking for a more beginner and basic video style, we'll be bringing you several 10 Minute Beginner Shadow Boxing videos. In each video, we'll cover several basic strikes and how you can practice them at home. We'll be looking at single strikes and focusing on improving our technique and balance when executing these strikes solo.
