Rolex remains king among the holy trinity of luxury watches but their new 2020 Rolex Warranty Cards are stirring some confusion. In addition, I’ll address the possibility of Rolex Day-Dates and Daytona models following the 41MM case size trend. Also on today’s roster are watches at auctions. While there are a lot of fees associated with buying watches from auction houses, a lot of people still prefer buying luxury items from them. In today’s Episode 122 of Q&A Tuesday, I give you three possible reasons why people pay more for watches at auctions rather than buying them online or at local ADs. I’ll also tell you what grade I’d give the auction houses when it comes to their condition reports.
