Silent Disk Sander With Treadmill Motor / Sanding Station Part 1

In this video I tried to show the "Disc Sanding" making. I used the treadmill motor as the motor, as in my “drill press” video. These motors are referred to as "Permanent Magnet DC Motor". It operates with 180V DC voltage, but its speed can be adjusted by using PWM to the driver circuit. They are very powerful but work very quietly. You can download the dimensions and 3D plan for the sander from the link below.
Later, I am thinking of adding "Belt Sander" to the back of this machine.
