Blender 4.x + Python: Turn Any CSV into a Cinematic 3D Scatter Plot

Blender 4 + Python can be a full 3D plotting engine.

In this video I show how a single script reads a CSV file, builds a 3D grid with axes, tick marks and labels, and renders a cinematic 3D scatter plot using Geometry Nodes, materials and depth of field. We compare it with a traditional Matplotlib plot using the exact same data.

You can use this as a template for:
- scientific visualization
- data science / analytics presentations
- research talks and thesis figures
- thumbnails and B-roll for your own videos
