Example Meal Plan:

Breakfast: Protein Shake with 2 scoops of protein powder and sugar free almond milk

Lunch: 7 oz of chicken breast with a side salad. Use fat free dressing and a few croutons

Dinner: 7 oz of chicken breast, steak, salmon, or ground beef. You will have that with veggies and 1/2-1 cup of rice

Snack: Fruit
