Tank Battles of WW2 - The Battle of Prokhorovka, Kursk 1943

The Battle of Prokhorovka is probably the most famous tank battle of the entire Second World War. But despite it’s ‘famous’ nature, not a lot is known about the actual fighting which occurred on the 12th of July 1943. In this video you will find out more about this extraordinary battle between the Panzers of the II. SS Panzer Korps and the tanks of the 5th Guards tank army.
