Simple Chevy Suburban Camper Conversion Video Tour

We converted our Chevy suburban into a camper to live out of on our road trip. This simple suburban conversion was easy to do and worked so well. It is not permanent and everything can just be taken out and put back to normal with no damage. This is a nice alternative to having a van or a motorhome and was super cheap to make. The suburban camper build held out with no problems and made for a nice budget lifestyle while on the trip.

This was similar to the van life but it was a little smaller. We found it amazing to sleep in and so handy to be able to park almost anywhere! It was nice to be able to sleep without having to set anything up and also to be able to sleep while one of us is driving :) Having the 4x4 4wd really came in handy! Without it, we would have been stuck pretty bad a few times. This is the 2012 4x4 4wd Chevy Suburban lt. Never had any issues with it the whole trip and it was not to bad on gas either.
