Model S 75D AP2 driving 512 km/318 mi timelapse

Many people ask me if the new Model S 75D has good enough range compared to their old 85/P85. These old RWD models have bigger battery but lower efficiency. I took the 75D on a test run and concluded that it will have similar range. Probably better in summer and slightly worse in winter (due to smaller battery). The 85 packs has 77 kWh available energy wheras the 75 packs has 70 kWh. HVAC was off during the whole trip. Range mode was on. Suspension set to normal.
