Mt. Aso - the Largest Volcano in Japan

I had a chance to visit Kyushu for work and took that opportunity to explore Mt. Aso - the largest volcano and caldera in Japan. Mt. Aso is part of the Aso Kuju National Park, and is a large area with 5 main summits - Nakadake, Takadake, Nekodake, Mt. Eboshi, and Mt. Kishima. I went to 4/5 - all of them except for Mt. Eboshi. But in this video, I just go to Nakadake and Takadake. (And show you the interestingly shaped Nekodake via drone.) The trail I took in this video was the Sunasenri trail- which I highly recommend. It's open to hiking even when the main crater area is closed because of excessive poisonous gases.
