I regret washing my hair in twists + I used Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo 😬

Hey Beautiful People!
I am back with another natural hair video.
In this one I speak about my experience with washing my hair in twists after many years.
I disliked the process as I felt it took more time than my traditional wash process, and it caused more tangles for me at the root of my 4b/4c hair.
Washing in twists also caused the flakes from my dry and itchy scalp to be trapped in my hair.

I also used the Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo for the first time in years in this video. The shampoo works as promised, with reduced itching within the first day,
However, this shampoo is SUPER drying.

One of the results of my Onion Juice & Cayenne Pepper Infused Oil Challenge is that my scalp health had improved.
