World War II Landing Craft Tests on San Francisco Bay – 8mm Black & White Film 2K Restoration

My great grandpa Walter Colombo's 8mm home films transferred digitally at 2K resolution. During his tenure at McDonough Steel in Oakland, CA, he oversaw the production of landing craft for the US Navy's war effort. Here is some unseen test footage of the landing crafts being sailed on San Francisco Bay near the McDonough Steel plant in Oakland.
