Chip bags are filled with nitrogen gas to help stop the chips from going stale. So today we're taking several different gasses, including argon, nitrogen, CO2, sulfur hexafluoride, and others to see if there's a difference in how they preserve food. Will some gasses preserve food better than others? Or will it not make a difference?
