Production procedure:
Step 1. Put cement and apply the cement evenly on one layer of the XPS foam board
Step 2. Put mesh on the same layer of the XPS foam board and do step one again.
Step 3. Let the semi-finished product air dry on the shelf.
Step 4. Do steps 1, 2, and 3 again.
Finally, the finished XPS tile backer board is ready to be used in roof/floor/wall insulation thermal and waterproofing.
