Bibimbap means 'mixed rice,' a rice dish topped w/ veggies, beef, egg, and gochujang (red chili pepper paste). Get ready to cook with us and make your tummies HAPPY! 6PM LIVE PREMIERE only on my YouTube channel. Saranghae! 🇰🇷
Here are the ingredients:

* Meat *

- 300 g beef sukiyaki cut

* Meat marinade *

- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp sugar , I use brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Minced apple

* Vegetables *

- 300g bean sprouts boiled, with a little salt
- 300g spinach
- 200 to 300g shiitake mushroom julienne
- 200g carrots julienne
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 3 to 4 big cups steamed rice
- 3 to 4 eggs
- Some roasted, shredded, seasoned seaweed

* Bibimbap sauce for toppings*

- 6Tbsp ‘gochujang’
- 4 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp brown sugar (or a pinch to taste )
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2tsp to 3 apple cider vinegar( to taste )
- 3 tsp minced garlic
