DJI Drone Pilot with Cerebral Palsy Creates Aid to FLY Despite Disability

If you're born with a disability, Cerebral Palsy in my case, you tend to get creative in finding ways to do the things that are challenging, fun, or something others can do with ease.

I was raised in the country and was a bit of a "Tom Boy" so remote controlled vehicles were kind of my thing. When the drones came along, I knew I had to try to fly... I knew I wouldn't be able to hold the controller and carefully fly the device so I "invented" a way that would work for me. I also practiced with $20 indoor remote controlled helicopters until I knew I was ready for the expensive ones.

"Where there's a will, there's a way", and I have found a way to do a wide variety of things despite my limitations.
