Boxeo En Casa 🥊 Basic Boxing Training
Esta Guía de boxeo para principiantes e intermedios esta estructurada en 12 rounds de 3 minutos cada round con descansos de 45 seg entre rounds. esta abreviada para mostrarles un poco de cómo seria un entrenamiento de boxeo en casa!
La rutina de boxeo es la siguiente / Boxing workout as following
1st round: saltar la cuerda como boxeador/ jump rope boxing steps
2nd round: saltar cuerda intenso/ intense jump rope
3rd round: steps ups en circulo
4th round : sombra de boxeo / shadow boxing
5th round: sombra de boxeo / shadow boxing
6th round: combinaciones jab, cross, hook izquierdo , uppercut derecho
7th round: double jab, cross , roll out, roll in, hook izquierdo, gancho al cuerpo
8th round: combinaciones en costal libre
9th round: combinaciones en pera loca / speed bag combinations
10th round: combinaciones en pera loca / speed bag combinations
11th round: defensa y esquives / defense & dodge
12th round: defensa y bloqueo / blocking & defense
This boxing workout at home guide is divided into 12 round of 3 min each round with a 45 sec rest between rounds.
