Sound Mind is presenting “Rhythm & Reset”, a live-streamed benefit concert centered around themes of community and self care. These concepts are particularly important entering the winter. The event brings together influential artists performing intimate sets and being vocal about their own mental health to de-stigmatize reaching out for support in times of need.
Performances from:
-Erika Wennerstrom of Heartless Bastards
-Nicole Atkins
-Neon Dreams
Jennifer Leff, Senior Director of Health and Human Services at MusiCares, moderates a panel of mental health experts who will share self-care best practices and resources for coping with feelings of isolation.
Proceeds from the benefit will be directed to Sound Mind Live's COVID-19 response programs. They consist of a series of panels, podcasts, videos and other digital media with artists aimed at de-stigmatizing mental health discussions and increasing awareness and direct pathways to mental health resources and services.
Rhythm & Reset is presented by Sound Mind Live. Sound Mind Live builds community and open dialogue around mental health through the power of music. More information at www.soundmindlive.org.
