2001 volvo s80 reliability, after 20 years and 190k miles is it still worth it?

I have a 2001 Volvo S80 that I bought really cheap since the previous owner don't want to spend more money to have it pass inspection. I test drove it and the issues were pretty minor and decided to purchase it. It's a nice car once the issues were sorted out and didn't cost me a lot.
