I watched as tourists pulled away from the check point set up around the moat . I asked them about there fines the first three were for not wearing a helmet the second two not having an international drivers license. They were still in pretty good spirits even after paying the fine . Technically you dont need an international license to drive here here , but you will always be asked and fined if you dont have one . The helmet thing was a no brainer. Today I had already seen one dead body in the streets from a motorcycle accident .......
