LONE STAR GRILLZ SMOKER SEASONED WITH BEEF TALLOW

Here I use an easy 2 step method for seasoning my Lone Star Grillz 30X36 Offset using beef tallow and a cheap paint roller to achieve a nice even coat. Its not as fast as just using PAM but I believe its much neater and definitely worth trying if you have a new smoker. Enjoy and God Bless!
