A large Communist rally is held in Japan (possibly Tokyo.) Speeches, people listening; parade with banners and slogans in Japanese Language; pictures of Stalin carried by paraders--men, women, and children. Riot in street. Japanese Peoples' Police, and American troops, plus Japanese Fire Dept. calm down the riot. American troops patrol streets, armed with rifles and fixed bayonets
