____Timothy Lake South RV Resort Campground Review. Timothy Lake South Family Campground is located in East Stroudsburg, PA. Timothy Lake South is part of Thousand Trails and is a very nice campground. The staff was very friendly and the campground was very clean. We do recommend this campground and would stay here again when we are in the area.
