How to start a realistic Eredivisie Career mode in FIFA 21 (Squad Rules, Transfers & Academy Scouts)

Its not just Ajax and PSV, there are 16 other good choices in the Eredivisie. FIFA 21 might not have all the stadiums, but the rest is fully license and can be the backdrop to an unforgettable Career mode save.
