Torsion bar replacement on a Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero/Shogun

Has your 4wd got that saggy feeling in the front end?? If so, your torsion bars could be on their last legs. They can be adjusted to a degree, however if they are too old, or you have put heavy accessories on your 4wd it might be time to replace them or upgrade to some heavier duty ones.

In this video, i'm replacing the factory 400,000+km ones with upgraded Dobinsons. So i thought i would film the process if anyone feels like undertaking the job themselves. Of course, working under cars isn't the most fun experience and can be dangerous, so you will need to possess the correct skills and equipment.

And NEVER work under a vehicle that is supported only by a jack. Use stands.

If you do not feel 100% confident doing this yourself, take your vehicle to tech savvy friend or qualified mechanic.
