Are Trader Joe’s Phyllo Crisps “crackers?” At first glance, yes. Are they so much more? Also, yes! Our Croatian supplier uses a wheat flour Phyllo dough as the cracker base, upon which sweetened dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats intermingle. Glazed with honey and finished with a sprinkling of warm cinnamon, the resulting Crisps are almost as enjoyable to look at as they are to eat!

These marvelous, mini mosaics of crisp yet tender textures and sweet and savory flavors are tailor-made for showcasing on a holiday cheese board with Double Crème Brie or goat cheese, or savoring simply with a celebratory glass of bubbly (we particularly like La Burgondie Cremant de Bourgogne).
