This video is about HIIT SPRINT CARDIO. I give two 10 minute routines for both beginners and more advance level. This is a great way to burn fat and achieve fat loss more effectively. Treadmill workouts aren't always my fave but instead of spending and hour walking on the treadmill try this... pushing yourself ...more work but also more effective and best of all less time with more impact.
