Maria Denise Pessoa Silva is Associate Lead for Therapies and Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy at the Royal Marsden Hospital, where she has worked for the past 7 years. She has a particular interest in rehabilitation, fatigue management, and palliative care. She remains active in her practice by publishing articles and book chapters, and teaching students, healthcare professionals and patients.
