In this video I get my hands on the Taylor Hawkins signature snare drum from Gretsch. The signature snare for Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, this drum simply rocks. It looks great, sports high-quality hardware, and this snare really explodes when you lay into it.

Backbeats sound solid, sidestick sounds great, and the side-pull pull-off makes it really easy to drop the snare wires fast. There isn't much else to say about the build of this drum: it's simple and sounds fantastic.
