Health Minister says PM's 'clarified' his comments about Sir Keir Starmer and Jimmy Savile

The Health Minister Edward Argar says there won't be an apology from Boris Johnson at PMQs for comments he made about the Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and Jimmy Savile.

He told Sky's Kay Burley the PM had already 'clarified' his remarks, but said it was time for everyone to 'think carefully' about their words, as they do have consequences.
