At a previous shoot, I had the opportunity to use the Laowa probe lens and although it is an amazing one, my shots were less than perfect.

Due to it's wide angle macro nature and narrow aperture, this lens wasn't exactly straightforward to use and I wanted to make sure that the next time I do a shoot with this lens, I would be well prepared.

That is why I made this video and thanks to my friends and Camera Rental Centre Singapore, I had the chance to test it out extensively.

I am sharing with you my findings and my tips to prevent you from getting less than ideal shots during your shoots in the future. This is also so you don't have to spend as much time experimenting like I did. However, I would still recommend that you spend an extra day or two to get familiar with it as nothing beats hands on practice.
