Tile Hearth Pad D.I.Y SAVE MONEY! (Similar to store bought designs)

Tile hearth pads can be very expensive to buy (anywhere from $300-$800) give or take, however if you have some basic carpentry skills, they are relatively easy to make. In this video, I used a tile design similar to products online, and re-created my own hearth pad to the specific dimensions that were required for my wood stove. In total, the project costs were around $120. My local flooring store gave me about 20sq ft of tile for free! The tiles were left over from a job. Keep this in mind when trying to save money on your hearth pad.
