Can I Get More Power from the Stage 1 Honda Ruckus Kit?

A commenter on my last video mentioned that changing the rollers and adding washers may add to the top speed of my relatively stock GET Honda Ruckus. Currently running the Stage 1 kit from The Ruck Shop with 5.5g rollers from Dr. Pulley, I try a mix of weight combinations as well as using a 9/16 washer.
