Fomako K600N Auto Tracking, web interface menu hacks and using it as a Recording device

This FoMaKo K600N PTZ camera is one of the best Auto-Tracking PTZ cameras yet. The K600N is the perfect choice for a small church that wants to track the preacher so you can focus more on the technical details and not always operating the controller joystick. A 4K camera with 20x zoom, The K600N has HDMI, SDI, NDI-HX3 and USB 3.0, so however you need it, your video will look great. This is not my first FoMaKo PTZ camera and I love how they keep improving with each new camera.

Two Cool Things the User manual Doesn’t explain too well and 1 simple Hack to make the Web Interface better

I start out talking about the hack while using the Web interface. This version of the Fomako Web interface is way better than past version with other cameras. The hack simply allows you to see the entire Web Menu and graphics so you can actually use it while streaming of you need to.

The next thing I talk about is the Auto Tracking and how you can make this experience everything you wish you had with other cameras. Auto tracking is great but now you have so much better control over the zoom level and PTZ speed, and overall a better looking experience. This 3rd generation AI tracking is awesome

Lastly I cover the one thing that is not in the user manual – Using the USB REC port on the back of the camera. This port allows you to connect a thumb drive to the camera directly and record Video with Audio, if a mic is attached to the mic input) for use in a B-roll or backup, recording, then download it via the ethernet connection to your computer with the push of a button.
