Dark Souls 2 - Emotional Damage Run

Last year I attempted to beat Dark Souls 2 without taking a single point of damage and failed miserably. It was about time I tried again. This video is a compilation of my new efforts to succeed in this challenge.

The rules for the run are very simple: you must beat the game (any%) without being hit or without damage from any source at all. The main strategy of the game was to take many risks early to secure catalysts and spells that'd make the later parts of the run easier. Instead of defeating the four Great Ones, Freja was beaten four times to obtain the 1 million souls necessary to open the Shrine of Winter and skip many other bosses. Summons and savequitting to avoid NPCs was allowed. Fall damage was avoided by constantly wearing the cat ring.

Not Hit Runs have been achieved by multiple players already on all the Souls games, but after some research I believe this is the world's first ever no damage run on Dark Souls 2 and perhaps the third one overall, with Squilla holding the DS3 and a japanese player named Otsunari having done DS1. As for no damage as well as no hit, as far as I know this run should be the second after Squilla's.
