Gfriend’s umji diet is the best kpop idol diet ever! This is how GFRIEND Umji diets for a comeback, I am following her diet plan for 3 days!
GFRIEND has just comeback with Apple and all of the members look stunningly beautiful for this comeback, so I decided to try eating like Umji’s diet and follow her workout plan for 3 days to see how she does it. In this video I'll share with you what Umji likes to eat, and how she likes to workout to help her lose weight. I also share my honest thoughts about the diet at the end to see if I would recommend to anyone and if it is something someone can do longterm.
