Smudge Pots are AWESOME! #shorts

Smudge Pots are a great way to produce heat quickly, safely and evenly. They run off a variety of fuels including diesel, kerosene, motor oil, vegetable oil and more. They used these for many years to head orchards during the winter months to prevent frost from potentially ruining crops. They are easy to light and will run for hours and hours with only a gallon or so of fuel. They can reach temps of 1000 degrees ferienheit or higher in as little as 20 minutes. These orchard heater spread heat evenly up to 40ft radius.

They are made of usually cast iron and will last for many years. They burn so hot that when running properly, will produce no smoke. I love bringing mine camping as I do not have to worry about gathering wood or putting more wood on the fire throughout the night.
