At Sheila Kelley LIVE!, S Factor is brought out of our studios to women who are looking for a place to be uplifted by each other, celebrated instead of competed against, and are curious to learn what exactly our Feminine Movement Practice is.

Much like a yoga retreat, Sheila Kelley LIVE! is part learning how to get the feminine mind+body connection back in alignment and part watching incredible demonstrations by experienced S Factor practitioners. Sheila teaches many of the elements from her highly rated book; The S Factor, alongside her teacher team over this two-day event.

This experience is not only a blast and unique to be part of, but it is priced for community participation starting at $250 for group tickets. Events with Sheila range from $5,000-$10,000 for private instruction, making SKL a very special chance to learn directly from the founder of S.
